At EtchPeak, every product is laser-engraved to order specifically for you. Here's what you need to know about shipping and delivery.

Processing Time Because each piece is custom-engraved after you place your order, please allow 3-5 business days for engraving and production before your order ships. During high-volume periods (holidays, promotions), processing may take slightly longer — we'll notify you if there's a delay.

Shipping Cost We offer free worldwide shipping on every order, with no minimum purchase required.

Delivery Estimates Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Estimated delivery times after processing:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3-6 business days
  • International: 7-14 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times can vary due to customs processing, weather, or carrier delays outside our control.

Order Tracking You can track your order status at any time using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or you believe it's been lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll help resolve it.
