Refund policy

Because each EtchPeak product is custom laser-engraved with your personalization (name, date, coordinates, or message), we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or for engraving content you approved at checkout.

However, your satisfaction matters to us. We will offer a free replacement or full refund in the following cases:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective
  • The engraving does not match what you submitted at checkout (our error)
  • Your order is lost in transit and cannot be located

How to Request a Replacement or Refund Contact us within 14 days of delivery through our Contact page. Please include your order number and photos of the item (for damage/defect claims). We'll review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Refund Processing Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Order Cancellations Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, we can only cancel or modify an order within 12 hours of purchase. Contact us immediately if you need to make a change.

Non-Custom Items If we offer any non-personalized, ready-to-ship items in the future, standard returns for those items will be accepted within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging.
